Education:
Rubi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
Career:
After school, Rubi went to Pepco Holdings, Inc. in Washington DC where she gained experience in underground and overhead transmission standards, project management, and stakeholder coordination. Rubi excelled as the 69kV subject matter expert (SME), overseeing pilot projects, maintenance, and design improvements. As Underground Transmission Engineering Project Manager (PM), she managed stakeholders and drove the development of key design standards. Her background and experience are well suited to support the USA and our customers.
Personal Remarks:
Rubi is currently located in Raleigh, NC. In her free time, she loves traveling and exploring diverse cultures, particularly experiencing unique foods from around the world. She also holds strong personal values rooted in her faith to God, which guide her actions and interactions both professionally and personally.
