SAE Inc., a leading best-in-class grounding solutions manufacturer, has partnered with North Carolina-based Utility Service Agency Inc. (USA) to further strengthen its presence in the U.S. market. USA will become a manufacturer’s representative firm for SAE Inc. throughout the upper east coast of the United States, representing SAE’s electrical grounding products and services. USA will distribute ConduDisc™: a utility pole ground plate that eliminates electrode corrosion, ConduForm™: a dust-free backfill as well as a variety of other innovative products and services.

The Utility Service Agency, Inc. (USA) is a manufacturers’ representative company for the electric utility industry. Specializing in tools and materials for the transmission, substation, distribution and lighting markets. USA represents approximately 20 manufacturers for the Carolinas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Southern Maryland. With the expansion of Duke Energy into Florida and the Midwest, we have become the single point of contact for many of our principles and are actively supporting those regions.
Since 1978, USA has served the investor-owned utilities (IOU’s), Cooperatives, and Municipal Electric Systems as well as the Contractors, Engineering Consultants, and Distributors who support them. By working closely with operations, engineering, and purchasing of these organizations, USA is better equipped to understand customers’ needs and issues. Additionally, the USA is very involved with in-field teaching and product demonstrations. The Utility Service Agency currently owns and maintains numerous technical trailers for demonstration and training purposes. In addition, USA prides itself on being a “hands-on” organization that is willing to do what it takes to solve the customer’s problems.
